We promises to process returns for no reason within 15 days. If the product and the package are kept intact with all the accessories complete as they were before sale, we will process returns (shipping fee not returned). However, we don't accept returns in the following cases:
1. Any product purchased from sellers other site
2. Products which have been used except those with quality problems
3. Any product with quality problems caused by misuse or false keeping
4. Outside package damaged or polluted by customers
We will provide full refund if the refusal of the parcel which has been paid is caused by our reason (a parcel is lost or unable to deliver). If it's a result of the customer's fault, the shipping cost will be deducted.
We will provide full refunds if the return is a result of our error.

You may return ONE used pack and any other packs in resalable condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund, but original shipping fee is not refundable (customer is also responsible for the return shipping fees).
Please be careful to review your order before submitting it. It is not possible to cancel your order once it has been submitted. You may return your item(s) subject to our returns policy. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE (THIS INCLUDES UNOPENED PACKS).
Make sure to verify your shipping address. If your order is shipped to a wrong address that was provided by you, you may be 100% liable for the cost of the product as well as shipping and cost of any new product shipped to you because of such errors.
